Writing
This week I did my writing and it was about Circle of fire. Our WALT is to entertain the reader and try to use desciption and similies.

Buddy Reading

We have been doing buddy reading where the tuakana pair up with their teina and read to them and I am with Xalia and she is getting a lot better a reading everytime.

Kahoot

The teacher has been doing Kahoot with us and it is were we get to do quizzes with the class and try to get in first place and it is sometimes really hard but really fun.

Banqer

We have resently done a Code.org or a Stop animation for kiwi bank so that we can say thank you to them for sponcoring us for banqer so that we can learn how to manage our bank accounts. P.S Special Thanks to Kendall and Kiwi Bank for sponcoring us. 

Week 2, 3 reflection

Banqer
Resently on our Banqer accounts we have been able to buy a house and we get our ren tout of this and see what we wanna buy.

Animal airlines 
Kahya and I finished our animal airlines and we got all the animals we needed and gave them all jobs. We also had to justify them for the reason we thought that they would be good for the job.

Week 1 and 2 reflection

Maths
I learnt how to set up a flat under a budget of $2000 and there was three of us so we had a budget of $6000

I am learning to do my long mihi and here is my visual mihi.



Maths
For maths this week I have been working on my Taku Mokai were we have a $5000 budget and you have to get a pet or a couple of pets and then you have to get them food for a year, Housing/Bedding and accessories and you cannot go over your budget.

Writing

For writing this week I have been working on a slide for Animal airlines with Kahya and we have put in picture of our workers and our writing about why we thought they would be good for the job.

Blogger Life cycle

Here is the cycle of a good blogger.
Miss Panther Came and taught us the blogger life cycle and we got to make up our own one.

Variety Bash

Today the Variety Bash Came to our school and there were big fire engines and Big cupcakes on the roof and there were mustangs and lots of different and cool cars it was so fun and you got to go around with a bag and get lots of goodies from the people in the vehicles.

There was lots of toys that they gave and you could get things like Toothbrushes, Chips, lollies, glowsticks pencils and sharpeners and so much more things and it was so cool.

The boys were going around with shaving foam and then they were throwing it at each other and rubbing it everywhere. 

The Variety bash drives around and does stuff for charity.
After the parade left this man named Super Hubert camem and did a show for us and he made a block disapear and then he made the rabbit turn around and you coiuld get fizz bars and it was so weird.

Maori rock science summary.

Along the Wellington coast, there are many aincent pa lines.

Imangine a thriving trade route, in which waka are ferring rocks back and forth along the coasts of both islands.

Mudstone can be easy to flake pounamu on the other hand, its extreamly tough so tough that it could not be flaked.

Early Maori knew of all the main rock types found in Aotearoa.

They also understood how each rocks characteristics made it suitalbe for particular uses.

Te Matatini

Its the sixth of march 2015 and we are of to school and it is only 5:30 and me and my father are very tired.
Finally we have reached school and sonn everyone begins to show up. Sadly Whaea Katie has gotten sick and can not come with us to Te Matatini.
We were in the car for along time and we had Music and lolies in the car and popcorn and lots of stuff.
We had reached Otira and we picked up Mikaere and Terena got to come because Whaea Katies spare ticket.
We were split in the sunshine coach and the school van.
Anaru was sick just before we got to Arthurs and so he got cleaned up and then after that we were on our way to Te Matatini.
We got to Hagley park and hopped out of the van then we popped over to the festival area where we were let in and then we waited for the gates to open so we could go in and watch the proformances and the adults had to where bands so that they could get let out and let back in.
We got through the gates and sat on the soaked grass then it started to pour down and that was a bummer because we had no shelter.
After the first proformance we left the gates and we went and played soe games.
Later on we left and we went to Mcdonalds and K.F.C for dinner.
We headed home and went of home after our big day out.
